Open A11y Conference Call: Agenda for 2009/07/21

Note: This meeting was cancelled; the agenda has been carried over to the 2009-07-28 Open Accessibility call

Announcing the 21 July 2009 meeting of the Open Accessibility (A11y) Workgroup. Please note that the 21 July 2008 meeting will be held at a special time, to accommodate essential participants; the call will commence promptly at 1200h UTC; you can find your time zone using the Fixed Time Clock. Please RSVP, as it will help us start the meeting without unnecessary delay. Information about meeting logistics, including dial-in and IRC information, follows the agenda.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PARTICIPANTS: Our previous teleconference numbers and passcodes are no longer valid! Teleconference services for the Open A11y Work Group are now provided by Three options for dialing in are described in the Logistics section, below. No passcode is required (at least, for now). If you have any trouble calling in, remember that the #a11y channel will be open on (channel #a11y) during the teleconference, so you can always ask for help via IRC.

Three Ways to Dial in to the Open A11y Conference Call

There are three options for dialing in to Open A11y calls; Note that '''No''' passcode is required (at least, for now)

  1. Direct worldwide access using any SIP client: or
  2. Via any ITAD connected telephone system worldwide (such as the MIT campus telephone system): 2119*984 (that is: 2, 1, 1, 9, star, 9, 8, 4)
    • the complete ITAD Directory, as well as more information about ITAD and TRIP is also available from IANA
    • Note: that your ITAD installation may require an ITAD access service code;
      • Example: At MIT first dial 48999 then 2119*984 (that is: 2, 1, 1, 9, star, 9, 8, 4)
