PREEMPT_RT Feature Requests
Several features are disabled by CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT_FULL=y because of incompatibility. The support of those features with PREEMPT_RT_FULL is not a main part of the RTL project.
A more detailed information, why a specific config option is deactivated, is required!
Disabled config options:
- CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE
- CONFIG_OPROFILE
- CONFIG_XEN (arm64)
- CONFIG_X86_POWERNOW_K8
- CONFIG_BCACHE
- CONFIG_HIGHMEM (mips, powerpc)
- CONFIG_KVM_MPIC (powerpc)
- CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED
- CONFIG_CPUMASK_OFFSTACK
Patches fixing the incompatibility of those features with PREEMPT_RT_FULL are welcome!
