We have recommended that attendees stay at the Hotel Villa Shiodome.  For attendees staying there, we will be providing daily guided transportation to/from the conference venue (Akihabara Conference Hall), in the form of a shuttle bus or a guided trip on the subway.

Please meet daily in the Hotel Villa Shiodome Lobby at 8:00am.

For those who are not staying at the Hotel above, you can either meet us in the Hotel Lobby at 8:00 am each day to go with the group to Akihabara Conference Hall, or you can take a taxi there from your hotel.  http://www.akibahall.jp/data/outline_eng.html
