Minutes of Expert Handlers Conference Call 2009/03/09

Note: After some initial logistical discussion and a quick word from GJR on the status of his action item to investigate what combinations of markup and scripting which is actually in current use to convey specialized knowledge in a structured format, the 9 March 2009 meeting was cancelled due to lack of quorum.


NS: short of quota -- checked more SMLs; most dead or extremely limited in their use or are back-end dialects that don't need handlers

GJR: survey of academic contacts about course content and requirements for accessible academic content, so far, shows: HTML plus images, PDF or Flash
