=====  Basic Rules =====

  -  Use public mailing-lists **that provide full mbox-download** of the complete list-archive
  -  Post to Usenet-Discussions
  -  Use public Version Control Systems (as [[http://prevalent.de/index.pl?site=2&subsite=&lang=en|CVS]] on [[http://sourceforge.net|http://sourceforge.net]])
  -  Make regular Backups of your work
  -  Try to get your software mirrored on several servers (as it is done for releases on sourceforge.net automatically)
